Melissa Doherty
For Melissa Doherty, athletics and exercise have always been a fun and essential part of life. Though the “activity” itself has changed with each chapter of her life, the importance of it has only grown. Whether it be sports, marathon training, performance training in studio, or now working out from home with two little ones, fitness has always been a positive constant in Melissa’s life. Melissa graduated from the University of Delaware in 2009 with a bachelor of science in Marketing. Melissa spent 5 years as a pharmaceutical sales rep at Eli Lilly. She shifted gears and chose to put her family as a priority, staying home to raise her children. In 2020 Melissa and Ashley reconnecting and Melissa decided to follow her lifelong passion and pursue a fitness role at Lovering Studio. Melissa grew and evolved with Danielle and Ashley, becoming the lead instructor at Dynamic MVMT Studio. She currently teaches group CoreFirst classes at our satellite studio in Hockession (American Dance Academy).
